  159. From windows program manager or Windows 9x START button, insert disk into
  160. A: or B:, select RUN, and enter A:SETUP or B:SETUP. Follow the directions
  161. on the screen.

  163. The setup program will install Order Form to your hard drive to the drive
  164. and directory you indicate.  It also will create a DynoTech folder on
  165. your program manager and insert appropriate icons.

  288. single-user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a
  289. multi-user computer or local area network. You may not use it on more
  290. than one computer or terminal at the same time.

  293. permanently transfer your license to use the Software and accompanying
  294. materials by delivering to another party the original diskette(s) and
